Very cool phenomenon. This is that type of formations that I really wanted to see in this class. I wish I had the opportunity to capture something like this. Great post processing.
These clouds remind me of drinking beer for some reason… :) I love the focus. It’s impressive how much you were able to keep in post processing. I love the details of such an interesting formation.
Really nice example of stacked lenticular clouds. Your editing was even handed and the result is very nice. In an ideal world a telephoto lens would have allowed you to get more resolution in the clouds but I’m glad you were able to make this image work.
What an incredible clouds image! The clouds seem surreal, like something out of a sci-fi. Also, great job editing in photoshop to remove the light post and tree. Fantastic work!
The wispy effect of the these clouds almost looks like the canyon walls in Utah that have been carved out in a horizontal fashion from wind erosion. This is exactly what came to mind. I could look at this image for hours and just taking in the creamy wispy look of the horizon branching out. With that said, I cannot imagine this cloud being easy to snapshot. This must have taken a bit of time to get just right, and I highly respect your efforts for getting this image just right. I also deeply deeply respect the effort to take out the trees so as not to clutter the image with unnecessary foliage. Amazing work.
Art: I really like this cloud type, I haven’t seen too many clouds like this. It almost looks like a surreal painting of clouds. Love it
Flow: The flow is quickly understandable and easily recognized.
Photographic technique: The focus of the clouds is great, and the post work done to take out the trees and light is fantastic.
awesome cloud formation you captured. Looks unreal. Great focus and great job with photoshop!
You did a proficient job of using post processing to focus on the interesting potion of the original image. I think that you could have gotten a much more detailed photo by re-positioning the camera to avoid the buildings and trees that impeded your original image. The formations shown are excellent and remind me of a tempurpedic mattress
Interesting cloud formation. I like the focus on the image and how the details and curves of the cloud can be easily seen.
The status cloud looks amazing with its shape and flow. Definitely aesthetically pleasing.
Very interesting cloud formation, and good post processing work. The smoothness of the clouds makes this image great.
– Sweet photo, great job with photoshop this is a really surreal looking cloud.
Awesome editing, never would have guessed it came from a large image with distractions in it. Nice choice keeping the colors and contrast true.
1. The image is very artistically interesting with the unique cloud formation.
2. The physics are well shown.
3. The photo post-processing is effective and well done.
Very cool. I really like the cropping, it really shows the cloud well. The Layering of the clouds is very interesting and the multiple waves really show the waves in the atmosphere. good job editing
Whoa, impressive work in photoshop, looks great. The UFO effect you got is pretty striking, I would not have guessed how cropped in the photo was from the original until I saw it.
The amount of work you’ve done in post processing is well done. Good job!
I really like this image. I took almost the same image and almost used it for this assignment. nice work with the post processing.
This is an amazing image, and looks incredibly surreal. I really like the layer of blue on the bottom of the image.
Very unique cloud structure, nice capture! At first the picture looked mirrored but looking at all the details revealed the true nature of this awesome cloud.
Wow! This photo is really interesting, it doesn’t even look real. I like how smooth these clouds look, the flow phenomenon is well represented. Nice post processing!
Wow what an interesting image. Would like to see original image to compare the differences. Great job.
This is a really fascinating cloud formation. The focus is very nice. The contrast with the dark wave and the sky is good.
