I absolutely love this. The black background works really well with the flame. Also, there are some objects in the flame that make it look like it’s reflecting something. It reminds me of Harry Potter (and how they can Facetime each other in fire).

Cool capturing of fire. The composition of this photo is cool, it captures the chaotic nature of the flame pretty well!.

Art: The contrast between the background and the fluid is really well done.
Flow: The flow is quickly understandable and recognized.
Photographic technique: The focus used in this piece is great.

    1. Great artistic image! I like the composition of the flame going thru the frame.
    2. The physics are well shown.
    3. The photographic technique is very well done and the bright orange against the black backdrop is great.

Really great focus of fire which is super difficult to take pictures of! The completely black background gives an excellent contrast range for this image.

Beautiful capture of a flowing flame. Great focus and detail. Cool feature on the left part of the flame. Looks like there is multiple layers to the flow.

Nice framing. Good focus. The split in the flame is interesting as are the series of arcs on the edge of the flame surface.

The focus of the fire swirl is great and the color is exceptional. I’m very intrigued by the environmental conditions that lead to the split flame effect.

Wow! Beautiful photo, it almost looks like some sort of scene exists in the base of the flame, that’s been inserted into the image. Nice focus, nice coloring, nice photo. Overall, this is a really solid (pardon the pun) image of the fluid flow within fire.

i like how the flow is transparent. looks like a hologram almost and it is cool how you can only see the ground underneath the flame only.

The flame is a bit dark but yet there is still contrast. The flow is clearly seen and is aesthetically pleasing

Beautiful swirly fire that is well focused. Contrast with the night background is superb. Possibly consider cropping down just a little bit to remove the small bit of stray fire towards the top.
