The rip down the side of the jet is spectacular! My only suggestion would to slow that down just a tad bit more to really highlight the effects. The lighting works really well, especially with the splash of red.
Cool photo of this unique phenomena. The continuous focus on the subject really makes this video great .
Art: The contrast between the background and the jet could be a bit more dramatic, but the capturing of the jet is absolutely mesmerizing.
Flow: The flow is quickly understandable and recognized.
Photographic technique: The focus on the fluid and the jet could be a bit more precise.
Very cool slow motion video. I really like that this video shows a different type of collision. The ripples that form on the side of the Worthington Jet during the interaction are really cool.
Absolutely stunning. Love his crisp the video is. The jet ripping down the side is awesome.
The video is nice and crisp. Very focused and the flow is well demonstrated.
Very clean looking video! This capture of the worthington jet is very smooth and clearly illustrates what is going on in this phenomena.
Very impressive! This won’t be achievable without a high speed camera. Droplets can be beautiful if they are observed this way.
Really nice crisp quality to the video. I like the neutral color background. No distracting elements.
That second drop tearing apart the worthington jet is dramatic, it’s visually stunning, it’s everything.
The fact that this was a “misfire” makes this image very unique. The focus is great. The small amount of color adds a nice touch. A darker background could add more contrast.
i really like the abstract hit of the jet. i think it adds a cool dimension to the video. nice work focusing the video on the drop.
This is a super cool video of the worthington jet! It’s interesting how 2 separate droplets form from the original jet before it hits the water the second time.
Really cool, with the offset second drop. The impact of the second drop causes a really cool unstable jet. The drop just rips down the side of the original splash, really neat.
I love the high fps because you can really see how the worthington jet is formed. I extremely like the second droplet how it just shears through the side of the worthington jet. The red is a little distracting but have no idea how you remove it.
Wow this is a beautiful video! I love the second drop colliding. the focus and contrast is great.
Nice video, clear crisp focus, I like how the second droplet rolls down the side. Good lighting!
nice video of a very cool effect. The lighting is good, and really allows the details of the surface ripples to be seen. The interaction of the jet and the droplet is really fascinating. Adding audio would really make the video experience richer.
Wow, incredible. The second drop flying in out of nowhere is really cool and beautiful.
Art: I really like the coloring in the video
Flow: The slow motion really helps illustrate the physics behind the worthington jet
Technique: Great lighting and focus
Unique video of the Worthington jet. The 2nd droplet missing the jet creates an interesting flow pattern on the jet.
Beautiful Worthington jet, well done. Focus on the jet is quite crisp. Also the effect from the seconds droplet tear through the first was very cool. Possibly change the aspect ratio to lessen the black bars around the video.
