The details here are unreal. I feel like I’m in the middle of a gnarly storm. This image is visually striking and really incites emotion.

This image is so surreal and graphic that I swear it could be used as the poster of a storm disaster movie from Hollywood. I love this image. The post-production effects are absolutely sublime. I appreciate the use of altering the shadows and their lighting to give the clouds a more-menacing storm-like appearance. The size of the image is quite impressive, and I have to wonder if you managed to catch these clouds by accident or planned on a day when there would be heavy cloud coverage to capture the perfect horizontal cloud layer. I don’t know if altering this image even more would take away from it. This is definitely one of the best images from this group gallery, and I love the fact that the clouds flow and swirl into one another. I like to wonder if flipping the image so that it is mirrored would be more appealing to the eye. The reason I say this is that the cloud move from right to left, but a lot of people read and see imagery from left to right. But this is still a phenomenal image.

I really like the gloomy feeling of this image. You did an amazing job with photoshop changing the picture completely. The contrast is good.

Art: I really like the brightness contrast in this piece, the post processing used makes this look like it’s an afternoon shot which I really like.
Flow: The flow is quickly understandable and easily recognized.
Photographic technique: The focus of the clouds is well done.

Your photoshop choices were bold but they paid off! Love how you can see the detail in the cloud texture. The dark colors make it seem like a different time of day and give the picture a dramatic and dark feel. Love this picture!

interesting photo! The detail of the cloud is a little blurry, unfortunately. Still, nice texture of the cloud, the coloring on the left and the gray scale on the right are a nice effect.

The image has a very ominous, powerful perspective with the clouds being showcased. The editing choices helped to illustrate this well.

This is a really awesome cloud formation. It almost looks like a wave forming in the ocean. It is really cool to see the difference in the gesture between the clouds in the sky. Looks like a storm is brewing in this photo.

Really awesome job editing the photo. After seeing the original it is quite impressive the effects that you managed to get out of the photo. Really like the grays and blacks in the photo. Even the white at the tail of the formation. The photo is very dramatic.

It reminds me of some sort of terrible storm that you see out over Nebraska or Kansas. The post processing makes it a different image with a different story and I like what you’ve done in darkening the image.
