This photo depicts the fluid phenomenon of cavitation. It happens when voids or bubbles are created in a liquid. The bubbles then collapse on itself and create shock waves and jets of water.  Those jets of water can be seen coming out of the middle of the bubble shown. This is an interesting occurrence in fluids in which happen quite frequently in many applications. This picture shows the true beauty of events like these in which aren’t normally seen.
