This is a video by the ISS modeling how liquid acts in space with an added element of having it react with a effervescent tablet. This video represents the pure force of surface tension; there is no gravity. The water comes alive when the effervescent material is added and creates bubbles that act as a pressure on the water. As an art, it is just naturally beautiful.

Third Place. Something we don’t get to experience for ourselves very often is zero-gravity and this shows the beautiful liquid physics that are possible in such conditions.
First place. This is a fascinating video of a realm of fluid physics that most people don’t think about: how fluids behave in microgravity. It shows that, without gravity, surface tension is the driving force for fluid flow. The addition of the colors and the tablet are very aesthetically pleasing. Also, I’m a sucker for anything filmed in space.
First Prize. The recombination and interior surface tension effects make for a very interesting microcosm. The droplets being ejected, and green color remind me of radioactive decay, and the video is otherwise visually stunning – especially in 4K!
Second Prize. It is really interesting to see the fluid flows in a microgravity environment. The behaviors are completely different from an environment with gravity. It is fascinating!
2nd place! The video had stunning quality and really focused on the surreal droplet near the end. It looked like a morphing alien planet – which gives me ideas for hanging droplets on threads to achieve a similar effect!
