This picture was taken from the top of the Engineering Center Garage facing west towards Bear’s Peak.  The atmosphere was stable given a cape of 0. The clouds in the front are most likely Mountain Wave clouds.  The thin clouds in the back are most likely Cirrus Fibratus clouds.
