I really like the smoke on the black background it looks really cool.

The smoke ring is surprisingly sharp and well-contrasted. It captures the essence of the smoke ring. I tweaked some settings in RawTherapee (like Adobe Lightroom but free) to reduce graininess in my Get Wet photo, I’d recommend trying that. (see report)

Nicely done! Darkening the background might have been nice, but the image is lovely.
Your choice to focus the smoke ring as the center of your image gives it a nice visual weight that draws my eyes towards the textures around its outer radius.

Very clear image of a vortex ring. The image is grayscale and I like that artistic touch. What was the ISO? It looks a little granular on the outside edges. Overall though, difficult phenomenon to capture, well done.
Great image, the framing and focus are excellent, but you might want to adjust your ISO because there is a bit of pattern noise visible in the smoke ring.
Nicely composed image. It looks like there’s an unusual circulation pattern in the bottom left section of the smoke ring.

Capturing smoke can be very difficult but this is a nice image. Simple yet effective at demonstrating the flow.
Great focus and contrast in the photo and great capture of the ring. How high was your ISO? The photo is a little grainy.
