Cumulonimbus clouds rolling over the mountains and breaking up into stratocumulus clouds. The skew-T for this image may not be entirely accurate as the picture was taken outside of Fairplay and the sounding data is for Denver. However the skew-T does show a large range of altitudes at which clouds are possible, which is seen in this image.

I like the sheet-like clouds. The full-contrast range is nice. There is great texture in this photo.
Very nice cloring, daerk and subdued. Did you consider cropping out the mountains or possibly playing with color aftrer effects?
I like that you can see a bunch of different style of clouds in this shot and that it is from a distant angle instead of straight up. Very nice.
Cool picture, the fade from lack of clouds on the left to many clouds on the right is pretty pleasing.
The mysterious blue in the image is attractive. If the contrast is set a bit larger, the detail of the clouds will be more clear
I really like how vast the photo looks, the presence of the plain before the mountains really makes for a nice touch.
This is a beautiful shot that has a well-balanced composition. I like the choice of cropping with the movement coming from the right side of the image. Great job capturing the effect of the mountains on the cloud formation while leaving the focus on the clouds.
A very nice range of clouds in your picture, has some nice nimbus clouds as well! Nice contrast between the pure white and dark blue clouds.
I like that the left side of the image is pretty free and bright and then it transitions into a lot more clouds to the right. (Asymmetry?) It looks great!!
I like the sharp color contrast between the sky and clouds. Perhaps you could try brightening the image
Wow. It’s crazy to see how dense these clouds are. Great job making the ground/mountains dark so that we’re able to observe just the clouds
You can almost visualize the movement of the large cloud wall over the mountains. The blue shade in the clouds give them the appearance of a rain storm on the way.
I like how several different types of clouds are clearly distinguishable in this picture. The wide aspect ratio helps to make the landscape to feel expansive as well.
I like how dark the image is at the bottom. I also like how you can see the bright sky behind the clouds. I also really like the depth of field.
good job with the photo. I like the landscape and cloud combo. have you thought of decreasing the blue in the image?
I like the contrast on the image. The dark bottom helps to catch the viewer’s attention. Nice job!
Like the time of day of the photo. It is a little bit dark and hard to distinguish the features of the photo. Nice landscape included.
Very dramatic! Hah. Nice image – I like the high contrast between the sky and the clouds. You can really see the details and compositionally the image is great.
Great job with this image. The lighting for this is pretty interesting, what time of day did you take this?
I appreciate the silhouette of the mountains. It must have been late in the evening towards the last bits of light possible. There are multiple layers of clouds that can be looked at, rather than just one clump.
Amazing image! The depth of field is great. It almost looks like smoke stacks across the mountain tops.
Great picture. The clouds look very close which make the picture very beautiful. Great work.
I really like that you were able to capture both some nimbus class clouds as well as regular culumus. I really like the massive cloud wall coming over the mountains in the right hand portion of the image. Nicely done!
