The image is quite nice, it has a rustic and old warmth feeling to it. I almost see images of wolves within the flames, nice job with the picture.
It’s a little difficult to see what exactly is going on here but I like the physics. Perhaps a different focus would give a bit more detail
I like this photo – the contrast between the dark and light is really strong, and you can clearly see the flame. I don’t quite get the impression of a stationary fire.
Actually really impressed with this image. I like how it seems like the fire just formed in the middle of space and doesn’t have a source. It looks like you could have had a better light source so that it isn’t as grainy and fuzzy but I like the negative space.
There’s a lot of cool things going on with this image I think. A higher res camera could make this a really cool image to stare at
The contrast of the flame and the black background draws the eye to the movement of the fire. The coloring is very nice. The gradient from yellow to orange gives the picture depth.
I like the simplicity of the photo. Makes it look nice and clean. Nice job cropping and making the fire ball fill up the frame.
I like how dark the background is in this image. You can really focus on the flame and the flames flow when you view the image.
I like the cropping in this image as it frames the fluid motion nicely. I like the shapes captured in the image and the fuel spray idea. Try playing with shutter speed to get a crisper image.
Good use of contrast. It really bring to focus the flame. I wish the image was more in focus, but i bet it was hard to capture this image do to the flame speed.
I like how you can see different waves within the combustion. I also like how well the flame is contrasted with the black background. The image is a little grainy due to high ISO but I doubt much could be done to amend that while still maintaining a good image of the flame.
This photo was timed perfectly! It’s interesting to see the motion of the flame expand on due to the combustion of the spray

I actually kind of like the graininess, it makes me feel nostalgic for some reason. The shape of the flame is really cool too, it’s really easy to see which direction it’s moving, and it just looks very powerful.
I like the background, which helps to capture the attention on flame. The “massive” flame looks great. Nice job!
How did you get the almost mesh view through the photo? Like the chaotic nature of the photo! What was your setup?
This image has a very mystical vibe to it, makes it feel kind of creepy. I like how all you have in this image is the flame, you don’t have how you produced it or any other background, so all of the focus is on the flames which is nice to see.
The colors are very nice and deep. You can see how the flow has a ton of motion and multiple complex layers of flow.
This one looks like the flame is floating. You don’t know where it is, so it is somewhat mysterious and interesting. I like the flow dynamics that are visible.
The image seems a little blurry or out of focus. Perhaps sharpening or increasing contrast would help this. The shape of the flow is cool and you can imagine the motion.
This image must have been tough to capture because of quick nature of the combustion. The flame is a very nice warm color. Looks like it is slightly out of focus unfortunately.
Good use of editing as I like how the flame sticks out so nicely from the background of the photo. Like the almost uniform color of the flame. Like how the flame is centered and takes up the majority of the photo.
