Brilliant use of the light to give color. The shot is extremely well done and the curls are extremely interesting.

Really like the idea of using a projector to give color to the smoke, I think the effect turned out quite well!

Really cool! I like that there are different colors from the projector in the smoke. I’m surprised how in focus all the smoke is.

The plume makes some beautiful formations and capturing them through video was a good choice. I like the swirls it causes and the colors made by the projector. Good job keeping the smoke in focus, but try keeping the cardboard still or out of the shot as its motion can detract from the fluid.

Smog dancing in the video is attractive. The green and blue color in the smog intertwined together mades it more mysterious.

The focus of the image is really cool. The projector adds very distinct sections of the scene making it easier to focus on certain sections. What camera did you use for this?

Super cool to see a video of this. Great depiction of smoke flow. It’s crazy how it looks like the smoke just disappears outside of the light source.

I like the color projected on the image. Looks great. The black background helps a lot. Nice done!

I could watch this for hours. It’s a beautiful display of colors, and the buoyant plume is very pleasant to see. It’s clear what the air is doing.

I like this video a lot. Seeing the smoke twirl and glide through the air is so calming. The tight spirals near the end are rally cool. I also like that bright red spot on the burning thing at the bottom. It just adds a tiny bit of contrast to the cool smoke and black background.

Great job capturing the smoke without having any distractions in the backgorund. I would try doing some serious cropping in order to increase the size of the smoke plume.

The smoke is cool. The video is hard to see but overall great video. The patterns of the smoke streamlines is great. Great work

I really like the focus of this image, it seems to be only on the smoke with the light being projected onto it. This is a very cool effect, great job.

Very cool! I think if you could keep the paper in one place it would allow the focus to me more on the flow

The colors and motion in this video make it very relaxing to watch. Could the video be padded on the left to center the smoke in the frame?

This is an awesome video – the colors add a neat effect, and the contrast between the light smoke and the black background makes it super clear to see what is happening. The resolution is fantastic.

  • The color that you are able to achieve is amazing as well as a slow mo that looks quite good. I also appreciate the minimalistic and thoughtful editing.

Love the different colors in the plume of smoke it really helps visualize the flow of the plume. It’s super cool imagery of the smoke. How did you focus on the smoke flowing in the air?

I like how the smoke changes colors as it travels through the different colored lights. I feel like the slow motion could be played with to make a more smooth video to watch.

  • Wow the colors in this video are absolutely mesmerizing. The video is nicely in focus and definitely captures exactly what you were going for as the main subject. I’m not sure what the bright cloud right in the middle of the video is but is slightly distracting.

Like that the video was either slowed down or that the vape is just traveling at that slow of a pace. It is interesting and calming. Nice editing of color the grey/blue/green adds nicely to the video.
