Wow. This is awesome. So much energy in this image. I like the choice to use black and white and how the smaller faster particles are in focus. Great job!

The image is really clear and shows the wall of chalk that forms. I like that you inverted the colors of the image.

Did you solve the impulse function with the convolution integral? Just joking. Nice job!

The sharpness of the “explosion” towards the top part of the frame is quite impressive. Great job focusing

I really like the color inversion. It reminds me of a volcano eruption.

Cool inversion, it makes it much more abstract. Cool ways to start flows, I like the paper and textbook ideas.

Love the contrast captured in the image. You can really see the movement in the image.

The contrast is incredible. The chalk pops out of the image which is helped by the gradient of focus from bottom to top

Love the black and white, isolates the motion and individual elements of the impulse flow.

  • This is a very cool visualization of an impulse function, that was a great idea! I like that you decided to roll with an inverted image, it provides a very nice contrast without taking away the content of the image. Focus is great!
