The way this image appears to hover is awesome.
I like how the flame’s orange color can be seen throughout the ball. The focus seems just slightly off, though.
I like how the ball looks like it’s dropping from out of space and the flame is bending from what looks like the airflow that bends around the ball.
Nice picture, I like how the fluidity of the flames transition from the curvature of the ball
I love how you can see some illumination on the underside of the ball. Looks like a small meteoroid entering the atmosphere. Also reminds me of little clay lamps.
I really like the contrast between the background and the ping pong ball, it makes it stand out.
I like the “hairy” look to the flame. It makes it look like a falling burning object
Beautiful shadows and that light fromthe bottom with a glow looks like a planet or floating.
I like how the ball is bright at the edge from the flame
This is a really unique idea instead of just filming a a normal flame. I like how it looks like it is floating in air.
The shape of the flames look wonderful, and it’s hard to know that it was a ping pong ball at first.
I enjoy seeing the heat at the bottom of the ball. It demonstrates how quickly the heat travels through the material (cool temperature concentration gradient).
Great job. I think using the ping pong ball was a good choice. The spherical shape makes for a nice image and makes it look like it’s floating.
It reminds me of a meteor flying through space
It’s awesome that it looks like the ping pong ball is floating and the flow on the bottom of the ball made it more 3D and cool to look at.
Very cool image, I like how the ping pong ball looks like it’s falling. I didn’t realize ping pong balls were so flammable so I thought it was an interesting image.
Did not know it was a ping pong ball at the begging. I liked how the fire is acting on the sides.
I like the shape of the flames that this produced and the way the ball seems to glow.
I had no idea that this was a ping pong ball at first glance! I love the colors you were able to get, it almost looks like lava.
I like the image of the burning the ping pong ball, very out of the box thinking. The ball looks like it is floating. I enjoy the “flooding” aspect of flames into the ball itself.
The black background you used made the picture look great, the flames look bright enough.
The fact that it’s a sphere gives it a cool metaphor for the world burning or something.
The glow inside of the ping pong ball looks great!
Great shot where the ball is floating and on fire at the same time.
I like the composition with the curve of the ping pong ball. I would recommend bringing some of the red color out more in the ping pong ball.
I like how the photo is detailed enough to see the curvature of the ball near the flame at it melts and deforms.
Your idea and method using the ping pong ball is super creative. I love the effect that it is levitating.
The contrast in the image works really well!
To me it seems like a larger scale photo, something like a planet being set on fire of some sort.
I love how the ball looks like it is floating and on fire at the same time.
I love that the ball looks like it is floating in midair because of the lighting. Furthermore, I like that you can tell its a sphere rather than a disk because of the way the light illuminates the back of the ping pong ball.
I like how the ping pong ball looks like it’s floating in mid-air. Great composition!
I really like the contrast on the melting part of the ping pong ball, it looks really cool!
This is really cool that you thought of using a ping pong ball! The way the flames kind of “pour” into the middle of it is neat as well
How did you have the ping pong ball setup? It looks like its floating above the ground and not sitting on anything.
I like how this image gives an impression of flotation.
