“The Sky is the Limit at CU- Boulder”
View over CU Boulder in Boulder, CO at 10:30 AM September 16, 2019.
These are altocumulus and cirrocumulus clouds over CU Boulder. The camera settings are as follows; Camera: iPhone 7, F/1.8, Shutter Speed: 1/5000, ISO: 20. The Skew-T diagram, Figure 1, presents information about the atmosphere near the time this picture was taken. The clouds are most likely at an elevation of about 5880 m above ground level as this is where the dry and wet bulb temperature lines are close and promote cloud formation. The CAPE value is 55.36 and the clouds are alto and cirrocumulus clouds. These clouds are relatively stable.

I love this image, so bright and clear clouds!
I love how much depth you can see in this photo. From the floor to the ceiling you get a full view as opposed to just a macro shots of the clouds. Submit it to CU!

I really enjoy the flatirons and the building in the bottom of the pictures. I think it adds good depth of field.
That’s a great looking picture of CU right there. It’s nice being able to capture two different heights of clouds.
