The cloud elements look too big to be cirrocumulus; I’d name them an orographic (mountain wave) altocumulus.
I love how the clouds are lined rather than dispersed throughout the sky. Cool phenomena you captured!

The gradient transition from the bottom of the image to the top within the blue sky portion is brilliant. The streak of the cloud image is neat.
