This photo looks great, it seems almost otherworldly. I love the colors that are present and the depth of field that was used is perfect.

The range of droplet sizes and colors are awesome
As peter said, the many drops of different colors and sizes fives a really cool effect. The colored shadows are super cool
I love that the sun shining through the water droplets cast the colors onto the shirt, its a really cool effect.
