In the inverted image, black light shows the highlighter ink in water creating elaborate shapes. These start as vortexes and then shear down to the bottom of the glass due to the Rayleigh-Taylor instability.

This image looks killer. It reminds me of Avatar or another mythical kind of place. Wonderful!

I love the colors in this image. I also like your decision to turn the photo upside down; it seems to add a mysterious feel that complements the colors in this image. I think you did a really good job with the lighting and color and how you were able to get very dark darks and light lights.

I like how the highlighter ink looks like a jellyfish swimming around a dark sea.

Really enjoy how you were able to capture the fluid dynamics here, Hannah. The flow lines are very interesting, and the color really makes it pop.

Hannah I really enjoy how you inverted the image. To me it looks like an artistic tree. The fluid flow here is awesome. Good choice with the black light.
