This photo was my first attempt at smoke photography. I lit a candle and used several flashlights to backlight the photo. I blew the candle out and took this picture with a shutter speed of 1/100.

This is a great picture that shows some nice smooth motion of the smoke.
Really cool picture I think this is a very romantic smooth vibe that reminds me of a jazz club
The striations in the main plume add an interesting bit of detail that makes your image pop.
Light in the corner forming a gradient works wonders for this image!
I like how the light shines of the edges of the smoke current showing where its accelerating.
I like how you can see the dimensions of the smoke, it makes the thin film of smoke look like a very sheer fabric
The light from the flashlight in the bottom left corner seems to add dimension to the image.
It looks like the smoke is dancing, and I think this adds a unique aesthetic to the image.
I like the way the light plays with the smoke in your image! It almost looks like a ribbon
