Cloud Image 2 \\ Jillian Weber

This picture was taken in Westminster, Colorado in the afternoon (1:02pm MDT) of November 17, 2020, overhead and slightly south. There was very clear weather. There appear to be high white cirrus uncinus and cirrus fibratus clouds. The original image and the SkewT diagram are shown below. The diagram indicates no instability, with a CAPE value of 0.

    Beautiful image, Jillian! I really like the open space in between the clouds, and the texture/shape of the clouds themselves. The composition almost reminds me of water flowing through sand on the beach. Nice work!
