This photograph was taken on October 11th around 12:30pm MST. It shows a series of altocumulus clouds above Boulder, CO, coming off of the flatirons and moving eastward. Below is a picture of the skew-T plot showing that the atmosphere was stable due to a CAPE value of 0.00.
