Oil and dish soap in water. The dish soap and oil form boundaries on top of the water, creating an interesting pattern without forming rising bubbles.

The depth of field adds a very interesting element to this photo! I like the diaspora of bubble sizes as they fade in and out of frame.
I really like how its hard to tell whether the background is very close to the surface or really far away
Really cool effect. I would consider adding a direct light source and/or playing with the background color to create a bit more contrast between the bubbles and the background.
The right and bottom of the image look like craters in rock which is a fun optical illusion, I think the color palette really adds to the effect of a barren rock landscape.
I like the very gradual color gradient going from light up top to dark at the bottom. I also like the variation in size and how some bubbles have bubbles inside them.
I like the completeness and uniformness of how the bubbles and color are complete edge to edge. It fills the image. The flatness of the image is really apparent, along with the bubbles, makes it seem like a thin film that’s suspended. This is very unique and impressive view, kind of like an aerial view.
The shadows under the bubbles adds a ton of depth to the image. I also love how monochromatic this image is and where the light source is coming from.
