IV3: in my garage. I am a vintage car enthusiast, and I work on my project car in the garage. On my workbench, I have a collection of automotive chemicals that I use, and for IV3 I decided to combine some of them to create this mixture. Water, SAE 30 motor oil, Red Line synthetic assembly lube, and brake cleaner (solvent) were mixed and then swirled, and the background is a blue shop towel. Photographed under my fluorescent shop light. Original, unedited image shown below.

I love the detail. I think you would have benefitted from a tilt shift lens, but those are expensive, something to dream of I guess. It’s still a good shot, I love the colors.
Love the color palette on this, it was super cool to see in Fiske
I like your bubbles.
I love how otherworldly this looks, great job getting the focus right.
Did a good job with the focus!
I love how close the camera shot was to the fluid. I feel like I can see the particles well.
Really cool image! Nice use of depth of field, and I thought that your cropping was effective in focusing on all of the details. The golden bubbles remind me of sea foam that you might find on a beach
