I like how the water droplets explode on impact, but then rejoin each other as they fly around the pan. Could be a nice metaphor for human or animal nature during periods of change?
Mixing the yellow and red resulted in a nice contrast with the pan.
I love how the droplets get darker the longer they’re in the pan, it’s cool at the end when they’re super orange and they start to look like puddles of lava or molten metal.
Beautiful flow, especially when the droplets start getting darker orange. I wish the video was longer!
I find it really interesting that the droplets don’t bounce the way they do on my cast iron pan. I wonder if it has to do with the teflon coating being hydrophobic. Surprising to see such a different result for the same phenomenon.
Nice video! I really like the framing and how you could clearly see the whole pan to observe the ways that the droplets bounced around. There is also a satisfying ‘splat’ where the initial drop hits the pan!
I like the color choice for the water because you can see the water turning sort of an amber color while it burns and I think that was very aesthetically pleasing.
