Very cool illustration of the liquid rope coil effect. It is always so interesting to see the physics we learn about in fluid dynamics displayed so clearly. Good choice of a shear-thickening fluid!
This image is truly exquisite, the single threadlike strand of goopy stretching down to accumulate on soft gelatinous surface exemplifies the poopy from an alien species. Bravo.
The visualization of the falling instability is super well captured. I also think the choice to remove the background really lets the viewer focus on the image itself.
That black outline is really cool.
I like the color editing and visibility of the standing waves and the spiral instability. The darkening of the background to edit out the speaker and distractions contributes a lot to this image.
