These are most likely stratocumulus floccus clouds because they are at an altitude at around 4000 m. They are also full and broken up into chunks.
The atmosphere was stable at this particular time on this day which can be see with the low CAPE # of 60.76.

I liked the color palette of the image with its vibrant blue sky as the background and the dark clouds. The “glowy” effect of the clouds caused by the sun adds to the aesthetics of the image.

I like that the sky color looks saturated, it helps making the clouds “pop” more
