This photo was taken on October 12th at 12:26pm, facing Northeast in Boulder, Colorado. I believe this is a Stratus Fractus cloud due to the gray coloring and wispy underside.

Unique photo! I like the white/gray scale color variation throughout the cloud formation.
I like the way you cropped this image. I think that seeing the tops of the trees provides some perspective on the image and helps put the clouds into context.
I like the way that the cloud looks like it is protruding down from the sky. Also, the section of blue sky on the left is a nice feature that makes this an even more interesting photo.
I like the aspect ratio of this image. I think it shows the breadth of the clouds well and allows you to see the gradient of cloud types clearly. The cropping and editing you did was really effective.
