This photo captures oil and water, bubbles are migrating to the top after they have been poured into the water from above. The polarized water molecules stick to each other while the nonpolarized oil molecules stick to each other. The water sinks to the bottom due to its greater density.
The camera used was a digital Nikon D5500 camera on a Nikkor 18-55mm lens with a focal length of 40mm. The ISO was set to 6400 and the f stop at f/7.1 and the shutter speed of 1/800s. The focus was manual focus.

I like the one red bubble on the left of the frame, it contrasts with the rest of the color scheme and makes it look very cool

The contrasting blue and yellow colors were a great choice!
I think the clarity and appearance of the bubble formation and the liquid interface can be improved by changing the lighting a bit. Or during post-processing, you can tweak a few common parameters for it.
