This photo shows the wake patterns around a 3D printed shark in Dr. Hertzberg’s flow tank. The tank was filled with a mixture of water and shaving cream rheoscopic crystals. The lighting was provided by two headlamps directed at the outside of the tank from a distance of approximately 40 inches.
