We sprayed a fixature through a camp fire starter. Due to the chemical content in the fixture, a mysterious atrovirens flame was recorded by our camera.

It’s a great concept, but I’m not sure if the video captured the phenomena entirely. Color correction, contrast, and cropping would have come in handy to help focus the concept.
Very intriguing phenomena. Definitely a little blurry but the jist of the image is satisfactory
This clearly shows the flow – If you could put the camera (or phone) on a tripod or prop it up, that could eliminate the movement and make this a smidge more clear.
Well, it’s not in focus, it’s over saturated, and it’s not very artistic with and a lot of the foreground and background showing. It is a great idea you just need to spend more time on it with the right equipment. Maybe a slow-motion video or a still shot
The slow motion is great but I wish you were able to frame it and lower the exposure to exemplify the flame more.
I like that spectral flame/smoke thing in the right side of the shot. I also like being able to see the flame move in slow motion, but I wish that it was a little clearer. I don’t know how that’d be possible considering you can’t really get right up in the fire’s face though.
I like the physics captured in this video. Try getting closer to the shot with a zoom camera and balancing your exposure to get more contrast in the image and less white-out in the flame.
I like how the video is in slow motion and the sound adds a nice touch. I’d work on the post-processing by doing some cropping. No reason to have another person’s hand simultaneously taking a video.
The image demonstrate the physics of partial mixed flame combustion. The video could use editing, by cropping out most of the back ground.
If it were possible to redo this video and just capture the flames without the hands that would be amazing! I like where you guys are going with this though and it’s cool to see the motion of the flame
This is a very cool video. The slow motion is amazing. I would like to see this using a lower exposure to see more of the flame itself.
Slow motion helps to show the motion of the flame but I think the video could be improved by controlling the setup more. This could help to keep the flame from washing out and could keep the person out of the video.
I like the physics in this video. I think you could have focused more on it, however. This is too many other things happening with the hands, lighter, and objects in the background.
Cool fluid flow going on when it is combusted. Like how the slow-mo shows the combustion of the flame as the spray hits the picture. Like how the lighting Shows the no combusted material flowing around the flow.
Interesting to see how the right has that reflection of the fame. The plumes off of the combustion is very interesting.

The spray flame looks nice. Maybe little bit more video editing would help to catch on the attention.
I think the person in the shot takes away from the shot a little bit, but it’s still a really cool video. The only thing I would add is just a little bit of editing.
Obviously it is a flame, so you can’t get too close. However, it would be nice to see is closer and cropped with some of the dark background edited to be darker.
The idea of this video is very nice. It would have been good to do some cropping and color correction to make the subject pop. Unfortunate that there is a person in the foreground.
Like the contents of the picture, there is a lot going on and to look at. Seems a little pixelated could improve the quality of the video/picture.
