The photo shows the setup quite well. I like how close it is.
I like how we can see the stream origin starting in the top left. We can get a good view of the “impact” on the bottom right
Very cool, the focus is well done. I think the clear distinct bubbles mixed with the fogginess of the food coloring offer an interesting contrast.
I think the focus of the image is really good. Maybe try increasing the contrast to really pull out the red color.
I like how the image has one half containing chaotic movement and the other half containing almost nothing.
This image really details the movement of the fluid before and after it impacts the wall. It looks like it comes in from the top left, impacts the wall and dye, and then scatters in all directions. I really like how the impact of the fluid looks like it is exploding the inside with the red food dye. How did you capture the sharpness of the image so well?
I like the diaganel. good framing and shutter speed.
I like the dye used here and the ground adds a nice effect. The shape of the stream coming in on the left is and the air bubbles formed there. Good shutter speed choice and clarity in the image.
I love the red color of the liquid. It seems like a flame is blomming in the water. Nice focus and sharp resolution in this image. Good work
I like how it looks like a water jet is impacting slower moving water and the bubbles that are created from that. Maybe try and cropping out the bottom of the shot where it is dark grey due to the bottom of the tank.
I really like the contrast between this and Hana’s picture. The different colors of food coloring make a huge difference. The movement seems much faster, more aggressive in this picture because of the red, while the purple caused a sort of tranquil feeling. The darkness of the red at the bottom is really cool looking. I also really appreciate the diagonal symmetry.
The diagonal of the image gives nice framing to the image. You might consider cropping the image’s lower boundary to frame the flow an not the boundary.
Very crisp and the flow is in focus. I also like the addition of the color. I think it could be improved slightly with a bit more water so that the bottom of the tank could safely be cropped out
This is cool, the white background is nice. I like the detail happening of the water formation going down to the bottom of the tank a lot!

The diffusion of the die in the water is really cool. I like how you can see it spread out pretty far and really begin to color most of the water. The line is fantastic in the image, a unique and beautiful design.
Very cool, crisp and creative visualization of water flow. The color really helps distinguish the disturbance and helps pull the attention towards the center. There is some coloring in the corners that I think would help if you edited out and made all white so that you can only see the water surface and disturbance.
I like the red food coloring that you chose to use as well as the use of the flume machine. my only suggestion would be to try and crop the little bottom of the image out in order to create a solely white back drop.
Really like the imaging of the crashing of the waves, what was the lighting set up in this image? The chaos of the image is really cool. did you try cropping so the chaos is more centered?
I really like how this looks almost like an explosion of water. The water droplets are a really cool background effect. I think the only way this picture could be improved is making it a little more in focus, but otherwise it’s a great image!
I like that the flow cuts the image diagonally. Perhaps you could crop the base of the flume out.
The background to this image is very nice, it brings out the water flow very nicely. Possibly could benefit from some editing to remove some of the water splashes that distract from the main flow.
Very clean and crisp photo. Really like the experiment that took place. Like the red dye choice. The flow almost looks frozen.
