I like the choice to combine four shots in one. The progressing sequence represents change over time well. The white frame is a nice addition as well. Try underexposing the image a bit more to reveal more detail.
Like the progression of the photos as the glass breaks and falls out of frame. Seeing the way tthe layers of the liqud form to crack the glass is very cool!
