This image shows an axially swirling free jet of water exiting a vessel under the influence of gravity. Inducing a swirling jet from a bottle allows for a smooth draining process by allowing the central part of the orifice area to accept air into the bottle to replace the water volume at a constant rate.

I love this photo because it is simple but still intriguing.
I really enjoy the symmetry of the flow in this image, since you have the “twist” centered in the image. Very cool photo.
I really liked the transition of how the water flows from laminar to turbulent. The “smooth” feel at the top and the crazy feel at the bottom makes me initially look at the image from top to bottom.
The bright water ejections especially on the left side really catch my eye. The framing I find artistic where the flow looks cut-off. It makes the photo more exciting in my opinion.

Really cool photo, the background looks amazing and provides good contrast with the flow. I’d love to see it ‘frozen’, the motion in this is interesting though.
I really like how its shaped as if it were a wine glass. The contrast also adds to this, with the white glare.
You did a great job with the focus and clean background. Also, a great picture of a flow transitioning from laminar to turbulent.

The focus of the image is very good, I like that we can see the particles of the fluid at the bottom of the image. The black and white of the image are a nice contrast to view the fluid as well as for aesthetics.

The framing of this image really captures the change in flow momentum, which is admirable.
I really like the lighting and the background. I also like the composition of the image. The laminar flow on top and the (getting) turbulent flow at the bottom makes it look like a dancer in a dress twirling around.
Phenomenal job with the focus, the image looks super crisp and has great contrast between the stark whites and the pitch blacks.
I love how the black background stands out with the well lit subject.
