Very cool image with ferrofluid! I really like the black-and-white contrast in this image, and the angles that the ferrofluid is kind of escaping the magnet. This is one of the classic ferrofluid images, like he commercial that’s airing during football games right now. Great job capturing this image with good lighting bringing out the detail!
This is beautiful. The lighting is perfect and clearly demonstrates the flow of ferrofluid.
A really nice macro of a ferrofluid! Great focus and depth of field. Just really nice execution. I find the slightly off center framing appealing also. Nice job!
We shot a similar ferrofluid experiment and the depth of field is something we struggled with. You still have some out of focus portions in the foreground but the overall focus in your image is very clean which helps to illustrate the spike in the ferrofluid very well. The sharp contrast and shine in the image makes it very appealing and seems to stand out of the page.

Beautifully crisp image of the ferrofluid. The bright lights on the black fluid adds a nice effect to the image. Shows the magnetic field nicely, excellent image.

Reminds me of the T-1000 from the terminator series. The lighting and clean ferrofluid really brought out the sheen in the liquid, and your color reduction made this very spectacular.
