These clouds were captured outside of Leadville, Colorado, on September 3rd at 4:25 pm. This was taken right after a rainstorm.

This is a cool image capturing the clouds as well as the Crepuscular rays from the sun. The plain foreground and the mountainous background give a sense of scale to the image.

I love the way the sun shines through the clouds and highlights the house, it looks like a painting.

I like how it looks like the clouds are opening up and shining the light down on that house in the distance. The detail you were able to capture in this image is super interesting considering that sun rays are hard to capture.
