The separated clouds look like two water falls due to the aerodynamics of the airplane which made a cut in the cloud to shape it into these two separate clouds.
The website is in Russian which made it hard to find out who the photography credit goes to. However, it seems that the photo credit would go to : Kirin, Franziskaner

3rd Place. This picture is so cool because even as this large plane flies through the clouds they remain undisturbed except for the part that the plane actually flies through. I think its shocking that there isn’t more signs of disturbance throughout this picture.
2nd place. The wingtip vortices are massive, and perfectly swirl the clouds. It amazes me that there is no sign of a turbulent wake, and that the clouds maintain their smooth appearance despite such a large disturbance.
